Open the wet wall on Orne. Close it only when it is dry.

UNITED RESTORATION LLC rebuilds rooms after leaks, not just the paint that hid them. Dat Nguyen still walks the plaster himself from 152 Orne St.

A stain on the ceiling is a story, not a paint job. We open the bay, read the wood, and keep the wall off until the meter is honest.

The shop sits at 152 Orne St in North Attleboro. Five of us. Residential remodelers who would rather hang new rooms than sell a “touch-up.”

What we do

Rooms we rebuild after the water leaves

Leak, storm, or a pipe that gave up on a Tuesday. We dry, then we put the house back together so it looks lived-in, not patched.

01

Water-loss open-up

We cut to the stain’s edge, bag the wet gyps, and set air movers until the studs read dry — not “dry enough for primer.”

02

Drywall and trim rebuild

New board, taped joints, and the casing that actually meets the floor. Rooms get hung after the meter, not before.

03

Kitchen and bath remodel

Cabinets, tile, and the wet wall that started the call. One crew from demo through the last coat on Orne Street work.

04

Finish after the dry-out

Paint, flooring, and the small carpentry that makes a rebuilt room feel like the rest of the house again.

How we work

Dry first. Then we hang the new rooms.

No primer over damp paper. The sequence on Orne Street is slow on purpose.

1

Walk the wet

Dat maps stains, meter readings, and which bays actually have to come down.

2

Open and dry

Cut, bag, set movers. We leave the wall open until the wood stops lying.

3

Hang true

Board, tape, trim — matched to the rooms that did not flood.

4

Close honest

Paint and floors last. You get a room, not a square of new white.

Before is a bag of wet board. After is a room you can sit in without smelling the leak.

Small crew. Local rooms. We do not count “jobs nationwide.”

The five who still bag the wet board

No franchise tablet. Dat and four others leave Orne Street with the same saws every morning.

Typical scopes

Rooms that were more than a brown ring

Kinds of residential work we take from 152 Orne St — examples of scope, not a named client list.

When a ceiling keeps blooming

Paint over a stain does not fix a wet bay. We open, dry, and hang the plane as one room — typical bath-leak scope.

When a kitchen supply line fails

Swollen toe-kicks mean cabinets come off so the floor can dry, then the wet wall gets new boxes. Residential kitchen rebuild.

When a storm finds a dormer

Dark sheathing gets cut to clean wood. We rebuild the cheek and close the bedroom so it does not keep the weather smell.
